Community and ensuring everyone WINS, is the foundation of our team. We promote collaboration, over competition every day. We are a team that lights others up, has created systems that are proven to work for duplication and a team that fosters positivity. Team WIN started almost 8 years ago as a team of ONE.

We have grown to well over 64,000 individuals who are committed to healthy lifestyles, as well as creating a stream of residual income by working on OUR terms. We help families dream bigger. We help parents stress less about financial concerns. We help individuals create time freedom while doing something they love. We have developed strong processes and duplicatable systems that WORK. We have developed multiple five & six figure earners in just a little over ten years. Over his 30-year career, he has been responsible for leading companies to $1 billion in sales, including Isagenix. Jim’s vast knowledge and invaluable experience has helped to guide and manage the incredible growth and success of Isagenix. Jim is the architect of the Isagenix Team Compensation Plan, which has proven itself to be one of the most generous, simple, and effective compensation plans in direct sales history. As the chairman, Jim is responsible for overseeing the strategic growth of the company. His visionary leadership continues to be the driving force behind major company initiatives including international expansion, innovative product development, and preserving the special culture of Isagenix.

Jim is also an active member of the community and passionate about giving back. Professionally, he along with the company’s employees and vast network of independent distributors have raised more than $10 million for Make-A-Wish®. Personally, he and Kathy help rebuild schools in South Africa and support children’s causes. Years from now, when others look back on Jim’s legacy, he hopes he’s seen as being instrumental in helping to improve the quality of people’s lives around the world.

Kathy Coover is well known in the industry as one of the Most Influential Women in Direct Selling. Her career spans more than 28 years and includes achieving her goal of becoming the top income earner at three separate network marketing companies. In 2002, Kathy decided to join forces with her husband, Jim, to form Isagenix and has spent the last two decades helping countless families reshape their financial future and regain a healthier outlook.

For future generations, including her own grandchildren, Kathy wants to ensure the legacy she and Jim have created in Isagenix is around forever. Her hope is that Isagenix will always be looked up to for its commitment to doing the right thing and making a difference in communities around the world.

Erik entered the family business during college and built a six-figure income as an Isagenix Independent Associate.* After graduating with a degree in business communications from Arizona State University, he decided to join the corporate team. His passion quickly catapulted him to success doing what he does best: uniting people and empowering them to be the best they can be. As the chief visionary officer, Erik is the leader behind the company’s fastest-growing demographic: millennials. He urges all 18-to-35-year-olds to own their life physically and financially, and through their contributions, create freedom and a lasting legacy. Erik is also spearheading the company’s strategic vision and helping lead the next evolution of Isagenix. He has a passion for the environment which has led to Isagenix’s aggressive sustainability initiatives with a goal of zero waste packaging by 2028. As a young executive, Erik is a role model to others and leads by example. In 2015, he was awarded Marketing Executive of the Year by the American Business Awards® for his hard work and dedication. Erik recently completed the intensive Executive Education Program for Leadership Development at the Harvard Business School.

While sharing Isagenix is a passion that has come easily for Erik, he’s always had an affinity for golf. He was the team captain of the Arizona State University golf team while in college and now plays for fun and uses the golf course as a place to recharge. Erik is happily married to his wife, Peta, and the couple have two beautiful children: a daughter named Sol and a son named Pax. He hopes when they look back on his legacy, he’s remembered as a present, loving dad and husband who made a difference and genuinely cared about all of humanity.
